When you learn the avoidance strategy

21st day under lockdown
Strategically avoiding physical effort starts to be complicated once the "but moooooom, I’ve got LOADS of homework, I’ll never get it done if I take a break to do yoga again..." and the "but I’m too tired seriously I didn’t sleep correctly and my legs hurt and my arms hurt and my stomach feels sick and...." techniques are countered by reasonable-mom arguments. Honestly I sometimes wonder if there’s a worldwide logic argumentation book shared by all mothers to help them deal with lazy teenagers.
I ended up by escaping the yoga chore with the help of my overloaded homework agenda but I’m not sure it’ll work next time.
Would chocolate-banana muffins indigestion be a good excuse to avoid having my chakras forced open by turtle-hawks and flamingo-rabbits ?
